Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide approximately 1,050 event T-shirts with varying quantities, and sizes.

1. 1. SHIRT SPECIFICATIONS
      1. 1. Description and style number: N3165 A4, 4 oz., 100% polyester interlock, long sleeve T-shirt
         2. Color: White
         3. Printing: Sublimation (Front, Back, Right Sleeve)
         4. Sizes and quantities:
            • Youth Small – 50
            • Youth Medium – 40
            • Youth Large – 55
            • Adult Small – 205
            • Adult Medium – 245
            • Adult Large – 210
            • Adult XL - 190
            • Adult 2X – 35
            • Adult 3XL – 3
            • Adult 4XL – 3
   2. ARTWORK
      1. Artwork will be delivered using vectorized files
      2. Electronic proof (PDF file format) must be provided to the County’s contact and have written approval by Sarasota County prior to production.
   3. PRICING
      1. The unit price quoted must include all processing fees needed to prepare vector artwork files for format needed to print all shirts being provided including delivery – all inclusive.
   4. DELIVERY
      1. Delivery address: 131 West Bay Street, Osprey, FL 34229
      2. Delivery must be made to the assigned County location within fourteen (14) days of Purchase Order being issued.

Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder providing the lowest total bid price.
DO NOT submit a quote of more than $50,000. In the event no responsive and responsible quotes are received under the quote threshold, the County may elect to cancel this Quick Quote and re-solicit using another procurement method.
