LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Agawam, Chief Procurement Officer hereby invites sealed bids from qualified sources in accordance with Chapter 30B for the furnishing of Gravel, Trap Rock, Dust Rip Rap, Processed Sand and Loam on an as needed basis.  A full bid package with specifications will be available beginning August 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM by email to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address..  Questions/RFI’s may also be directed in writing to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address..  All bids must be received in the Town of Agawam DPW Annex, 1000 Suffield Street, Agawam, MA 01001 on or before September 4, 2025 at 3:00 PM

The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder who offers the lowest price for each item and component. The term of the contract shall be for one year with two additional option years at the sole discretion of the Town.

The Town of Agawam reserves the right: (1) to award bids received on the basis of individual items, or groups of items, or on the entire list of items (2) to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof; (3) to waive any informality in the bids; and (4) to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Town.
