A MANDATORY meeting and site visit will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at the Sanborn Elementary School, 90 Lovejoy Rd., Andover, MA 01810.  Meet at the front entrance to the building.

Bid Documents may be obtained on the Central Purchasing Department webpage located at www.andoverma.gov/bids .

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, or BID BOND issued by a responsible bank or trust company licensed to do business in the State of Massachusetts in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
