IFB 2026-041, San Marcos Regional Airport Taxilanes Repairs
Project Scope: The scope of the project includes rehabilitation of portions of the existing concrete apron pavement with rehabilitation options to include resurfacing using either asphalt or latex-modified concrete, crack and spall repair, and some slab replacement. Other items of work include reconstruction of an existing asphalt taxilane, pavement markings, aircraft tiedown replacement, and a small area of emulsified asphalt slurry seal surface treatment. The cost estimations are $295,615.00 (Base Bid), $1,507,300.00 (Bid Schedule #1), $2,088,900.00 (Bid Schedule #2), $2,622,290.00 (Bid Schedule #3).

This pre-bid video conference has the option to be attended in person at 630 East Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Texas 78666 in the Municipal 2nd Floor Large Conference Room (Building 3).
Sealed bids must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time, and the bid opening will be conducted via video conference.
