TheCity of San Marcos is soliciting sealed statements of qualifications (SOQs) tobe received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Bldg 3, 630 E Hopkins St,San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:

Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement . Vendors must register to download the RFQdocuments. All addenda, etc. can only bedownloaded at the above site. It is theRespondent’s responsibility to check the site for the issuance of any addenda.

Proposals must be received in the Office of thePurchasing Manager, Bldg 3, 630 E Hopkins St, San Marcos, TX 78666, no laterthan January 2, 2025 at 2:00 P.M., Local Time, and will be publicly acknowledgedimmediately thereafter at the City of San Marcos, Bldg 3 Conference Room, 630 EHopkins St, San Marcos, TX 78666. Attendanceof the acknowledgment is available by online video conference.

Awardis scheduled for March 4, 2025, City Council meeting at 6:00 P.M. or anysubsequent time thereafter.
