The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed statements of qualifications (SOQs) to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Bldg 3, 630 E Hopkins St, San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:

Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement .  Vendors must register to download the RFQ documents.  All addenda, etc. can only be downloaded at the above site.  It is the Respondent’s responsibility to check the site for the issuance of any addenda.

Proposals must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Bldg 3, 630 E Hopkins St, San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than January 2, 2025 at 2:00 P.M., Local Time, and will be publicly acknowledged immediately thereafter at the City of San Marcos, Bldg 3 Conference Room, 630 E Hopkins St, San Marcos, TX 78666.  Attendance of the acknowledgment is available by online video conference.

Award is scheduled for March 4, 2025, City Council meeting at 6:00 P.M. or any subsequent time thereafter.
