This is a pre-solicitation notice for San Joaquin/Stockton DWSC FY256 Maintenance Dredging. JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the San Joaquin/Port of Stockton River DWSC to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth, except the Sediment Trap, which shall be dredged to -38.5-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid overdepth. All dredge material is suitable for the upland sites shown on plan sheets. Dredge material may be suitable for beneficial reuses at Contractor furnished sites in accordance with the permit requirements of the specific reuse sites and per the requirements in specification. This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Y1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. Estimated Cost Range is between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000.The solicitation will be available on/about April 10, 2026 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents. ALL BIDS will be due on/about May 11, 2026 at 11:30 AM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
