San Francisco Roll-Up Door and Operator Replacement

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the
SF Roll-Up Door and Operator Replacement - SF Armory located at San Francisco Armory, 100
Armory Drive, San Francisco, CA 94132. Work to include: The Contractor will provide all
labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform California Army National Guard, San
Francisco Armory Roll-Up Door and Roll-up Door Operator Replacement.. All work shall be in
accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid
submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT#
33023 - DO NOT OPEN.
Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 10/22/2024, at 10:00 AM
at San Francisco Armory, 100 Armory Drive, San Francisco, CA 94132. Arrive at least 15
minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the prebid
job walk site by contacting Brandy Llamas at brandy.llamas@cmd.ca.gov.
Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire
pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders
who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will
not be allowed to bid on this project.
The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-28 Lock and Security Equipment Contractor
license, or subcontract to one.
All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic, at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no
later than 2:00 PM on 10/29/2024. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 33023.
If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be
held on 11/12/2024 at 2:00 PM.
