Bid Solicitation – San Domingo Fence Project

Wicomico County is seeking bids from Qualified Vendors to contract the installation of new perimeter

fencing around San Domingo Park, in conformity with the requirements contained herein Bid Documents.

Bid Documents for the above referenced project may be obtained from the Wicomico County

Purchasing Department by either e-mailing the Purchasing Agent, Amy Kernodle, at

purchasing@wicomicocounty.org or by calling 410-548-4805 during normal business hours, or

via the County’s Bids page on the County’s website. Vendors are responsible for checking this

website for addenda prior to submitting their bids. Wicomico County is not responsible for the

content of any Bid Document received through any third party bid service. It is the sole

responsibility of the vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Bid

Documents.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at the site;

San Domingo Park located at 25554 Elzey Brown Loop, Mardela Springs, MD 21837.

The last day for questions will be noon on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.

Sealed Bids are due no later than Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. and will be

opened and read aloud in the Purchasing Department located at 125 N. Division Street,

Government Office Building, Room B-3, Salisbury, MD 21801.

Late Bid Documents will not be accepted.

Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of the solicitation.
