Scope of work generally consists of the full-depth reconstruction of Sam Rankin Roadway from Port Avenue to IH-37. The project will also include the reconstruction of curbs and gutters, as well as sidewalks along the roadway corridor. In addition, the project includes the replacement and improvement of existing city utilities and stormwater infrastructure.Â
