Project Description: RICHLAND COUNTY, South Carolina, is soliciting electronic bids from licensed contractors to complete work that consists of a 4,800LF boardwalk project that includes 3,840LF of a concrete pathway, with the remainder being a wood boardwalk. The greenway will include lighting, call boxes, overlooks, and signage.
