Description: Legal Notice to Bidders Town of Portage is Seeking Construction Repairs Services to the Salt Storage Shed. Work is to be completed to spec as seen in attached engineered drawings done by Hager Engineering. Project is Located off of Smith hill rd., Hunt, NY, 14846 Bidders be advised this project will be and will follow all NYS Prevailing wage Guidelines. Bids are to be sealed, mailed or delivered to Town of Portage ATTN Board, Salt Shed repair bid 9907 N.Church St., Hunt, NY, 14846 Bids are Due by December 8th by 3pm Bids will be opened at our town hall meeting on December 9th at 730pm. Contractors are welcome to attend with questions. Bidders Must provide proof of insurance at or greater than NY State Miniums required for municipal work. Bidders Must be registered NY State contractor. Work must be done according to engineered specs we are providing.
