Salt Shed and Garage Improvements Project

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by South Lebanon Township, Lebanon County for the Salt Shed and Garage Improvements Project until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at which time the bids will be opened, with the bid results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total.
The project includes, but is not limited to, construction of a pole/stick building garage addition with heating, fans and other accessories, construction of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete timber frame walls, metal roof, metal siding and trussed roof salt storage shed, including paved asphalt floor, construction of paved parking areas, electrical installation, including wiring and lighting, construction of stormwater management facilities, and other associated work as more fully described on the Construction Drawings.
There will be separate prime contracts for the general and electrical contractors. There is no plumbing or dedicated HVAC work associated with the project.
Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at the South Lebanon Township Municipal Building, 1800 S. 5th Ave, Lebanon, PA 17042.
South Lebanon Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
