Project Description: Salt Lake City Corporation (the “City”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified equipment rental offerors to furnish event infrastructure and support equipment for multiple City events throughout the year. Selected Offerors will be responsible for the delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal of all rental items, as required. Because event dates and schedules may vary from year to year, the resulting agreement must remain flexible and able to accommodate evolving event needs.
