Work of this Bid Package comprises renovations to Banff Centre – Sally Borden Fitness Centre Upgrades, located in Banff, Alberta. Work of this package includes the expansion of the existing fitness area by approximately 79 square metres and the reconfiguration of the Le Café coffee bar into a 39 square metre space. The work includes selective demolition, construction of new interior drywall partitions, installation of new flooring throughout, painting, and application of new wall tile finishes. Additional components include new millwork at Le Café, interior glazing and mirrors, minor HVAC modifications, installation of a new water bottle fill station, reconfiguration and installation of power and data outlets, and minor lighting upgrades.
