Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. (“Company”) or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work is requesting proposals from qualified and licensed Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to supply and install 6-foot-tall black vinyl-coated chain link fencing at designated areas within Sallisaw Creek Park
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON June 11th, 2026, at 10am

The meeting will be held at Sallisaw Creek Park-457959 E 1118 Rd Sallisaw, Oklahoma. All questions will need to be submitted by email to Melanie Meridith at melanie.meridith@cnbglobal.com. The deadline for questions will be June 15th, 2026 by 5PM
Bids are due on June 17th, 2026 by 5pm

Due to COVID-19 all bids shall be submitted by email using the following email address Sallisa.t67j3e44lmbq2vt9@u.box.com. Proposals shall be submitted to this email address only, please do not copy the buyer on submittal. If you copy the buyer on submittal, it can be grounds for disqualification.
