Questions can be submitted within the RFP at the Bid Express website until Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 3:00pm Central Time. Questions will NOT be answered via phone, mail, fax, or email.

This is a Sealed Bid Process. All Quotes/Proposals MUST be submitted through Bid Express. Go to https://www.bidexpress.com and look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFP 7752. You MUST be registered with Bid Express to view the RFP.
