Description:

Aiken County Government is requesting Sealed Bids to resurface approximately 1.1 miles of 4 existing roads within Aiken County as shown on the attached location maps. This work shall consist of clipping grass, cleaning the asphalt surface course, sealing / leveling existing asphalt surface with SC Type D asphalt as directed, applying tack coat, placing 165 lbs/sy SC Type C asphalt on the existing roadway and placing 125 lbs/sy asphalt on the existing asphalt drives to the right-of-way lines.
