A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday September 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens MA. Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday September 25, 2025, at the MassDevelopment Devens offices, and will be publicly opened and read aloud.
