The City of Westfield, Massachusetts, is offering developers or individuals a unique opportunity to purchase a publicly owned parcel located at 38 Parkside Avenue, which is to be privately owned.   Specifications may be received at, and proposals are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of envelope:  “Purchase of 35 White Street- BID #27-002.”  All proposals must be in the Purchasing Office no later than Friday August 21, 2026 @ 10:00 am.  No proposals will be accepted after the above stated date and hour.  The City of Westfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals if it appears to be in the public interest to do so.  A walkthrough will be held at 35 White Street, Westfield, MA 01085 on August 7, 2026 @ 10:00.    The City of Westfield is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer (M/F/H) which encourages utilization of minority and women owned enterprises.
