General Notice

City of Watertown (Owner) is requesting Bids for the sale of the following property:

SOUTH 15 FT OF NINETEENTH STREET TOWER ADD TAX EXEMPT , PROJECT NO. 2523 B

Notice is hereby given that the City of Watertown, SD will receive sealed bids for the purchase of the southernmost 15 feet of land of the 19th Street NE water tower property in Watertown, SD 57201. The land is being sold as-is. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect and evaluate the condition of the property.

Bids for the sale of the property will be received at the City Finance Office located in City Hall until Tuesday,May 20, 2025 at 3:00p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Legal Description of the Lot Being Subdivided: SOUTH 15 FT OF NINETEENTH STREET TOWER ADDTAX EXEMPT

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
