Project Description: The City of Kansas City, Missouri (the “City”) through its Director of General Services, will receive sealed proposals until 5:00PM on Monday December 1, 2025 (“Proposal Due Date”) at the General Services Department, via the City’s Bonfire Online Solicitation System, for the SALE of City surplus real property described in Exhibit B (hereinafter referred to as the “Property”).
The Property is generally located between E. 25th Street and E. 26th Street, and Gillham Road and Cherry Street. The subject land consists of 3.42 acres of Longfellow Park no longer needed for public use.
