The City of Kansas City, Missouri (“the City”) through its Director of General Services, will receive sealed proposals until 5:00PM on Friday February 28, 2025 (“Proposal Due Date”) at the General Services Department, First Floor, City Hall, 414 E. 12th Street, Kansas City, MO 64151 for the SALE of City surplus real property located at 8508 N. Amity Avenue.
Property is generally located north of Weatherby Lake with Barry Road to the south and Amity Avenue to the east, known as 8508 N Amity Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64153.
