The Town of Needham is accepting bids to purchase from the Town a 2016 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor Utility (9196).  Bids will be received through the online government auction platform Municibid.  Interested bidders are invited to visit www.municibid.com to view information and pictures of the unit and submit a bid.  The listings will be live beginning July 17, 2026, and will be available until the auction end time. Please refer to Municibid for additional information. All bidding is to be done through the Municibid website.  Bidding closes on August 6, 2026, at or after 12:00 p.m.  The equipment is sold as is, where is, with no warranties.  The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.  This legal notice is also posted on the Massachusetts Newspaper Publishers Association’s (MNPA) website at http:// masspublicnotices.org/ .
