The City of Douglas, Wyoming is seeking bids on Vehicle/ Equipment as follows: One
2009 International Sewer Vac Truck. Bids will be accepted until April 15, 2026 at 1:00
pm. Bids will be opened and read aloud on April 15, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Laramie
Peak Conference Room, 101 N 4th St, Douglas, WY. Mail submitted bids to the City
Clerk, City of Douglas, P.O. Box 1030, Douglas, WY 82633, or deliver to the City Clerk
at 101 N. 4th Street, Douglas, WY. Details are available on the City of Douglas website,
www.cityofdouglas.org under the "Bid Postings" tab. For questions or to schedule an
appointment to inspect equipment, contact the Public Works Department at 307-358-
9750. The City of Douglas reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive as an
informality any irregularities contained in bids, and to accept the bid that serves the best
