Richardson Independent School District (RISD) will receive sealed bids no later than 10:00 AM

on January 26, 2024. Bids must be submitted in sufficient time to be received and time-stamped

at the above location on or before the published bid date and time shown on this RFSB. RISD

will not be responsible for delayed mail delivery from the post office. Bids received after the

published time and date will be considered untimely and will not be considered.

The Richardson Independent School District is selling the following real property:

401 S. Sherman St., Richardson Texas 75081

Description of real property: Lot 1 Block 1 Sherman Plaza Business Park II 4.4906 acres.
