The Town is making available for purchase approximately .038 –acres, or 1,648 square feet of developable land. Due to the small size of the parcel, the development plan must complement, and be incorporated into, the surrounding uses while maintaining consistency with the Downtown Core/Town Center Plan, and supporting the Town’s goals of community-oriented development.
