The Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing an invitation for bid on the sale of scrap brass (expended small arms cartridge casings) located at MCBH Kaneohe Bay, HI. This sale requires the buyer to coordinate pick up of the material. See the attached Invitation for Bid M0031825BRASS1. All bidders will be notified of the results once the bid window closes.
