Sale of 2012 Deep South Brush Truck

The City of Portland, Texas (“City”) hereby issues this Request for Bid (“RFB”). The City is seeking Bids from firms interested in purchasing a 2012 Deep South Brush Truck. The City intends to enter into a Sales Agreement (also referred to herein as a “Contract” or “Agreement”) for this purchase.

1.The objective of this RFB is to award to the highest responsive responsible bidder.

2. A copy of this RFB can be obtained upon request from the office of the Purchasing Officer at City Hall. The RFB and any subsequent addenda can also be downloaded from the City of Portland’s website at http://portlandtx.com/bids.aspx by selecting the link(s) under the subheading “Related Documents.”
