Legal Description: ALL OF LOTS 4 & 5 OF BLK 5, ASSESSOR’S PLAT NO 9, EXCEPTING THE EASTERN 25 FT OF SAID LOTS AND ALSO AN EASEMENT ACROSS LOT 1, JAMES S ALVORD’S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ADRIAN ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN LIBER 41 PAGE 800, FOR THE PURPOSES OF INGRESS AND EGRESS TO THE AFORESAID LOTS 4 & 5 BLK 5 ASSESSOR’S PLAT NO 9 FOR MAINTENANCE PURPOSES WITH SAID EASEMENT TO RUN WITH THE LAND UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE CITY OBTAINS OTHER SUITABLE ACCESS TO SUCH PROPERTY FOR MAINTENANCE.
