The Board of Trustees of the Town of Natick Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Trust”) invites the submission of sealed proposals for the sale of a parcel held by the Trust, located at 299-301 Bacon Street, Natick, Massachusetts.  The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) may be obtained from Coldwell Banker Realty, the Trust’s designated broker, by emailing For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. beginning on September 2, 2026. Sealed Proposals, contained in sealed envelopes marked “RFP: Sale of the Bacon Street Property” will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, October 15, 2026, by Coldwell Banker Realty, 84 Central Street, Wellesley, MA 02482. All Proposals shall comply with the RFP issued by the Trust including, without limitation, the Proposal Submission Requirements. The Trust reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Proposals in the best interest of the Trust. Any Proposal submitted will be binding for seventy-five (75) calendar days subsequent to the deadline date for receipt of sealed Proposals.
