Sale and Hauling of Recycled Paper

The contract resulting from this solicitation will be revenue generating. The awarded contractor will pay the Division of Waste Management (DWM) for each grade of paper removed during a calendar month. A separate Bid Sheet is attached and must be included with the response. Bidders MUST enter $.01 in the Unit Price field as the electronic bid. This is the ONLY pricing that is to be entered electronically. All actual pricing must be on the Bid Sheet. The recovered materials sold under this contract shall include but not be limited to #54 mixed paper, #56 newsprint, #11 corrugated containers, #37 sorted office paper, #40 sorted white ledger, telephone directories and corrugated containers.
