Sale and Development of Downtown Parcel

City of Bristol Economic and Community Development (ECD) is accepting submissions from developers and associated parties for the purchase and development of an approximately 1.35-acre parcel of vacant land in Centre Square. This dynamic downtown development features new commercial and residential construction; public infrastructure including local and CTfastrak transit stops, a parking structure, streetscapes, and a planned “pocket park”.
