NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Town Board of the Town of Chester, Warren County, NY, does hereby invite sealed bids for the year 2026 for the sale and delivery of #2 Fuel Oil, Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel, and Kerosene.

All bidders must have, and so state, that a qualified serviceman is available for any required emergency service upon no more than two-hour notice. All bids will be based on the tank wagon low price for all products. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "Fuel Bid."

Bids will be accepted by the Town Clerk, PO Box 467, Chestertown, NY, or in person at the Town Hall, 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, on or before Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 1:00 pm. All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read at the Town Clerk’s Office of the Town of Chester on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 1:00 pm.

The Town Board of the Town of Chester reserves the right to reject any or all bids offered.
