Disposition of Real Property for a Public Purpose (Affordable Housing) via Sale through Lottery at 558 Crowell Road, Chatham MA

The Town of Chatham and the Trustees of the Chatham Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) invite submissions from qualified buyers interested in entering the lottery for the sale of a three-bedroom, two-bathroom single family home at 558 Crowell Road(Assessor’s ID 12H-1-A4), Chatham, MA. Applicants must be income eligible to be included in the lottery.

Applicants must submit a mortgage pre-approval letter from a qualified lender and comply in all respects with the instructions, conditions, specifications, and other requirements of the Solicitation. Submissions must be in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the Town of Chatham.

All submissions must be received by Housing Assistance Corporation, 255 Independence Drive, Hyannis, MA   02601 by 5:00 PM on Monday December 15, 2025. Submissions must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “558 Crowell Road, Chatham Affordable Housing Lottery Application.” Applicants will be reviewed for income eligibility, and a lottery will be conducted within thirty (30) days of the deadline for submissions.

The Town of Chatham and the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board of Trustees reserve the right to accept and/or reject any and all submissions, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any submission or request clarification from applicants to the extent allowed by law, and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law, if it is in the best interest of the Town.
