The CUNY Graduate Center is soliciting bids to provide the following;

Sage Humanities and Social Sciences all access package. provides access to 778+ journals, including leading international peer-reviewed titles, many of which are ranked in the Journal Citation Reports (Source: Clarivate, 2024)*. Sage offers more choices—all on one familiar platform—to better suit the demands of your consortium members for Sage journal content.

The HSS Package includes the following:

• Access to 778+ journals, encompassing over 760,000 articles
• Over 77% of the package content is ranked in the Journal Citation reports (Source: Clarivate, 2024)*
• Complimentary access back to 1999, where available, while a current subscription is maintained
• COUNTER-5 compliant usage statistics

Vendor Requirements

To be considered for award, prospective vendors must be authorized to sell/resell access to SAGE Humanities and Social Sciences and must be either the publisher or an authorized reseller of the product. Prospective vendors that are authorized to sell/resell access to Sage Premier must meet the product requirements set forth above, and sell/resell enhanced SAGE Premier in the future. Vendors are invited to submit no later than the date set forth below: 1) documentation verifying that your company can meet the product requirements set forth above; 2) a letter from publisher/licensor that authorizes your company to sell/resell SAGE Premier and potentially future premier items and 3) is legally able to directly provide access to SAGE Premier.

Additional Information

No Subcontracting is allowed.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).
