Safety Fuel Container Identification Tags, NFES 0801, 0803, & 0805

The U.S. Forest Service, Washington Office of Procurement & Property Services, Incident Procurement Operations, Logistics Contracting Branch, at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) in Boise, Idaho, will be soliciting quotes for the delivery of a total of 23,950 Safety Fuel Container Identification Tags, heavy plastic reusable, transferable, cataloged in the National Fire Equipment System (NFES) as items NFES 0801, 0803, and 0805 to be delivered to the Northern Rockies Area Incident Support Cache (NRK) warehouse as described in the Solicitation Request for Quotes (RFQ) Procurement Instrument Identifier (PIID) 1202SC25Q2706 by no later than 07/31/2025.

This Solicitation will be advertised as set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 326199 - All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The Government anticipates awarding a single Fixed-Price Purchase Order without engaging in any discussions, negotiations, or requesting any price revisions. NOTICE: Any information previously provided in response to Government market research inquiries preliminary to this notice and subsequent Solicitation will not be used for evaluation or award purposes.
