Created by Santiago Nocito, 1-510-238-7563, snocito@oaklandca.gov The City of Oakland's Public Works Department is looking for a vendor, authorized reseller that offers a range of safety equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE) and related supplies, which may include but are not limited to: • WATERPROOF JACKETS • WATERPROOF PANTS • CHEST WADERS • SAFETY VESTS • TRAFFIC SAFETY CONES • HARD HATS • GENERAL RAIN GEAR • GAS MONITORS • SAFETY GLASSES • DEGREASERS • RUBBER BOOTS • GLOVES • HEARING PROTECTION • SPILL CONTROL SUPPLIES The vendor shall provide the City of Oakland with a percentage discount on a Price List and/or Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the products offered. The proposal must include item manufacturers’ name, manufacturer’s product number/identifier, and detailed item description. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a two-year (2) period. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid. Please, avoid mistakes, read the documents identified herein.
