Safety Collaboration Platform (Cloud) - NP Strategies, LLC (d/b/a Mobility 4 Public Safety

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) on behalf of Department of Public Safety (DPS) intend to enter a 24 month agreement with NP Strategies, LLC (d/b/a Mobility 4 Public Safety).

Mobility 4 Public Safety (M4PS) is the developer, owner, and operator of Bridge 4 Public Safety, a secure, nationwide public safety collaboration platform designed specifically for multi-agency communication, coordination, and information sharing. Mobility 4 Public Safety is the sole provider of Bridge4PS Pro User License subscriptions and associated services. Bridge4PS supports multi-agency public safety collaboration.

As the developer and operator of Bridge4PS, Mobility 4 Public Safety is the only entity that can provide access to the Bridge4PS platform, licenses, and associated services. Therefore, Bridge4PS Pro User License subscriptions are available solely from Mobility 4 Public Safety.sol and has been deemed a single source purchase.
