Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Priced requirements type supply contract to procure safes in accordance with export controlled, Distribution D, drawing number 11446787. A drawing and purchase description will be available with the

solicitation. *Due to the restricted nature of the drawing, quoters will be required to contact the Contract Specialist for a copy of the applicable drawing and it will not be posted to SAM.GOV*. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and four (4) options years. The procurement will be 100% small business set-aside. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 332999 – All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing, the size standard is 750 employees and the product code is 7110 – Office Furniture. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N225QA015 will be released on or about 8 August 2025, with a closing date on or about 29 August 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency.
