Safelite Boulevard ADA Ramp Remediation

Project Description: This project is partially funded through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); therefore, the City of Rio Rancho and the awarded contractor must comply with all State requirements.
This project includes, Safelite Blvd ADA Ramp Remediation Project: The ramp improvements consist of removal of existing ADA deficient curb ramps and constructing parallel directional curb ramps and diagonal parallel curb ramps throughout Safelite Blvd NE from Fulcrum Way NE to Paseo 550 Dr NE. Construction includes the replacement of curb and portion of the valley gutter as required and ramp reconstruction to meet current ADA requirements as shown on the plans and within the NMDOT ADA Pedestrian Access Standard Details. Public Coordination Letters will be delivered to any business before work at their access entrance following the Public Notice and Communication Requirements, Classification “B
