Project Description: The City of Vancouver (City) is seeking qualification statements from a qualified consultant team to perform the necessary professional services for improvements for The Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) - Fourth Plain Safety and Mobility Improvement Project. The Project is federally funded and is intended to address pedestrian safety and mobility in the project areas. And as such this agreement will follow Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) rules, regulations, statutes and policies whatsoever required by the funding source must be followed.
