Safe Streets for All (SS4A) - Downtown Signal Improvements

Project Description: Through this project, the City of Harrisburg aims to retime the downtown network using strategies that improve safety and service for pedestrians, bicyclists, and transit.
A pre-proposal meeting is not planned for this solicitation. All questions regarding the project should be posted in the messages tab on the project.
Ad: Request for Proposals (Engineering): The City of Harrisburg, Office of the City Engineer is seeking proposals from experienced engineering firms for traffic signal improvement services. All solicitation
documents and details will be available on PennBid.net. All questions about the meaning or intent of the solicitation must be submitted in
writing on Pennbid.net. Telephone and e-mail inquiries will be directed to PennBid. Submissions will be considered valid for a period of 60 days. Unless the deadline is extended, proposals will be accepted on PennBid by Hillary Greene, City of Harrisburg 10 N. Second Street Suite 302A, Harrisburg, PA 17101 until 11:00 P.M. prevailing time, April 21, 2025 (subject to extensions), and opened electronically with the Office of the Controller on the following business day that all parties are available.
