Remove the following FAR provisions and Clauses 52.204-3,52.204-8,52.204-16,52.204-17,52.204-18,52.204-23,52.204-24,52.204-25,52.204-26,52.204-27,52.204-29,52.222-21,52.222-22,52.222-25,52.222-26,52.222-38,52.223-21,52.223-22,52.225-13,52.225-20,52.225-25,52.236-1,52.236-26,52.236-27,52.240-1.2. Amend Section 00 21 00. X. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS, (c) SF 1442, Section 00 45 00 Representations and Certifications to eliminate reference to FAR 52.204-8.3. Remove the following FAR clauses 52.211-10 and 52.211-18 and replace with Supplemental Conditions within Section 00 73 00, XIII Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work and XIV Variation in Estimated Quantities.4. Amended all CLIN descriptions for line items to reference applicable Variation in Estimated Quantities condition in Section 00 73 00.No other changes are made or implied.
