This is a CREP Tile Zone nutrient reduction wetland. Work involves selective clearing, excavation, grading, tile installation, tied concrete block mat, concrete manholes and seeding. Project includes around 9,000 CY of earthwork, 7,231 LF of pipe installation, 46 TN of erosion stone, 7,939 SF of Tied Concrete Block Mat, 8 concrete manholes, concrete riser with bar guard, 1,050 LF of silt fence and 3.9 AC of seeding. The estimated construction cost range is $375,000 to $475,000.
