THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.



The 436th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources for a potential Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineer Requirements (SABER) contract at Dover Air Force Base (AFB). Dover AFB anticipates awarding one firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with the small business size standard of $45.0M, and a Product Service Code (PSC) Z2JZ, Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings. The Sources Sought is to determine potential sources, for information, and for planning purposes only. Interested partied must complete and email the attached Market Survey NO LATER THAN 07 JULY 2025, 10:00 AM (EST). See attachments for more information.
