SABCS Audiovisual (AV) Services

Project Description: The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSA) is soliciting proposals from a experienced contractor to provide comprehensive audiovisual production services for the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS), a leading global conference on breast cancer research and treatment. Entering its 48th year in 2025, SABCS attracts over 10,000 international attendees and features approximately 2,000 presentations across a four-day program.
Held at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, and organized by UTHealth Houston in partnership with the American Association for Cancer Research, the event requires a contractor capable of delivering large-scale, high-quality AV services. These include multi-room support, projection, audio, lighting, presentation management, and live streaming, with the capacity to handle simultaneous sessions and plenary audiences exceeding 7,000 attendees. No Guarantee of Volume. UTHSA does not solicit or guarantee any specific amount of compensation, volume, minimum, or maximum amount of Services under this RFP or any contract or agreement resulting from this RFP.
