The City of Coconut Creek, Florida is seeking bids from qualified, experienced and licensed Contractors to provide construction services. The work shall be performed in full accordance with the plans, specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB).

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Coconut Creek Government Center, City Hall Public Works Building, 4900 West Copans Road, Coconut Creek, Florida 33063 with the City of Coconut Creek staff. Bidders or their representative(s) are strongly encouraged to attend.
