SCOPE OF WORK
New Products
Journey -- Migrating from Lumens (planned implementation fall 2026 should be implemented with
on prem them migrated to SaaS to remove issues with Lumens)
Student Planning -- New install planned to enable after migration
Document Management -- Migrating from Softdocs (there is a large scanned library of digital
documents and a few forms and workflows)
Insights -- Migrate from informer. This would involve the guidance and assistance on the initial 50 or
so reports so we build internal expertise and we will complete the remaining reports.
Integrations to remain
TargetX -- currently uses elf process to import application data and reports to export data back
through informatica to TargetX
Brightspace/D2L -- Currently we export files and upload them, we want the D2L connector so we
can push and pull grades and use the cards in Experience Premium for the students
Nelnet & ACI (can be moved to one system if they provide all of the services needed)
Trimdata (or an alternative that can be proposed) Our campus store is using Booklog software to
checkout students, having a link into Colleague to see financial aid balances and charging against
those balances is common.

Roboregistrar? - (official transcript requests) Do you know if there is a SaaS compliant variant of
the product
Power BI - (Dashboards) will want to use Data Lake instead of custom on-prem SQL
