THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES. THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF AN UPCOMING SOLICITATION.
The Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for janitorial service for Deaver and Ralston Reservoirs located in Park County, Wyoming. The principal features of work at both locations is:
Â¿ Clean, stock, and otherwise maintain two (2), solar-vented precast concrete restroom. The restroom will be swept every visit and mopped as needed. The restroom walls and floors will be cleaned and rinsed with a suitable disinfectant at each visit.
Â¿ Collect and properly dispose of garbage from barrels or cans located around the reservoir. The contractor will provide plastic liners/bags for the garbage containers. Perform general cleanup of trash and litter from within and adjacent to the restroom
Â¿ Cut weeds, grass, and shrubs immediately adjacent to the restroom building anytime growth exceeds six (6) inches in height.
Â¿ Inspect campground fire rings/pits (rock and permanent) and remove all ash and non-burnable trash (aluminum cans, bottles, etc.).
The resulting contract will be performance based, firm-fixed price contract. The contract will include a 6-month base year plus four (4) 12-month option years: to be exercised at the Governments discretion.
Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) on or around June 13, 2019. Quotation should be received on or before July 1, 2019, by 4:00 p.m. MST; at the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, Attn: Tonya A. Pittsley, P.O. Box 1630, Mills, WY 82644 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may fax a request for RFQ package with your Federal Tax Identification Number and Dun and Bradstreet on the request to 307-261-5691. You may also request by e-mail to email@example.com. The NACIS code is 561720 Janitorial Service and the Small Business Size Standard is 18 million.
